Frische Samen sind so geschmacksintensiv, dass bereits 1-3 g ausreichen um 1 kg Produkt zu aromatisieren.
Herkunft: Madagaskar
Gourmetqualität: Die Samen zeichnen sich durch einen besonders hohen Vanillingehalt von jenseits der 2 % (Marktschnitt lieg bei 1,1 - 1,2 %) aus. In Kombination mit der hohen Restfeuchtigkeit bieten die frischen Samen damit das mit Abstand intensivste Aroma aller Vanilleprodukte. 1 kg Vanillesamen werden aus 6 kg Schoten gekratzt.
Die Ware wird luftdicht, kühl und trocken geliefert und erhält damit das vollmundige Aroma.
