Vanille aus Uganda ist die Premiumqualität der Vanille. Eine Vanillestange, je nach Länge, wiegt fast das Doppelte einer herkömmlichen Schote aus Madagaskar. Das liegt am hohen Feuchtigkeitsgehalt von 30 - 32 % und dem extrem hohen Vanillingehalt von 2,1 % ! Das ist das Doppelte des Marktschnitts. Die Schoten enthalten besonders viel Vanillemark und sind durch ihre Restfeuchtigkeit besonders geschmeidig und fleischig. Dadurch ist ihre Handhabung leicht und ihr Geschmack besonders intensiv. Unsere Vanille aus Uganda wird ohne chemische Zusätze gegen Schädlinge angebaut und darf bei entsprechend ausgestelltem Zertifikat als Bio bezeichnet werden.
Die Ware wird luftdicht, kühl und trocken geliefert und erhält damit das vollmundige Aroma.
